LabLinks Features
Every way LabLinks turns your COAs and lab reports into customer trust — from badges on your Shopify product pages to QR codes on your packaging. Here is what each feature does and the plan it ships with.
Product Page Badge
A verified lab report badge appears directly on your Shopify product pages, signaling at a glance that the product has current, documented test results. Customers don't have to hunt through your footer or email support to confirm a product is tested — the proof sits right next to the add-to-cart button.
Badges update automatically when you link a new report to a product, so the storefront always reflects your latest COA. Available on every plan, including Free.
Popup Viewer
Clicking a badge opens the full lab report in an elegant popup viewer, complete with the original PDF and the structured details you entered — batch number, test date, lab name, and pass/fail status. Customers review the entire COA without ever leaving the product page.
Keeping shoppers on the page matters: they get their answer and continue to checkout instead of bouncing to a separate document link. The viewer works on mobile and desktop and is included on every plan.
Portal Page
Your portal is a public, shareable page listing every product and its associated lab reports in one place. It gives customers, wholesale buyers, and regulators a single URL where all of your testing documentation lives — searchable by product or batch.
On Pro you can brand the portal with your own colors and logo, and Business adds a custom domain so the portal lives at an address like coa.yourbrand.com instead of a LabLinks URL.
Collection Badges
Compliance badges aren't limited to individual product pages — LabLinks can display them across entire product collections. Shoppers browsing a category see immediately which products carry verified lab results.
For stores where every SKU is tested, collection badges turn your catalog browsing experience into a continuous trust signal rather than a per-product discovery. Included on every plan.
QR Codes
Generate a unique, scannable QR code for each lab report and print it on product packaging, labels, or case packs. Anyone holding the physical product can scan the code and land directly on the lab report for that exact batch.
QR codes bridge the gap between your physical product and your online documentation — essential for hemp, supplement, and food brands whose customers verify before they consume. Business plan includes QR generation with custom branding.
Analytics Dashboard
See how customers actually engage with your lab results: report views, downloads, QR code scans, and recent scan activity, all from one dashboard. Track which products get the most verification traffic and where your transparency efforts pay off.
Analytics also surface operational signals — lab status across your catalog and product coverage gaps — so you know which products still need a current report. Available on the Business plan.
Team Access
Invite up to five team members with role-based access, so your quality manager can upload reports while a marketer manages portal branding — without sharing one login. Each member works under their own account with permissions that match their job.
For brands where compliance is a shared responsibility, team access keeps the COA workflow moving even when one person is out. Included on the Business plan.
CSV Import
Migrating from a spreadsheet or another system? Import lab report rows in bulk from CSV instead of entering each report by hand. Map your columns once and bring your testing history over in minutes.
CSV import is available on every plan, with batch size scaling from Free to the paid tiers — so larger catalogs on Pro and Business can move their full history in fewer passes.
