Pricing FAQs
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 5 lab reports with all core display methods — product page badges, the popup viewer, and your portal page. No credit card is required to sign up, and you can stay on the Free plan as long as you like before upgrading.
What counts as a lab report?
A lab report is a single uploaded document — a COA, test result, or certificate — managed in your LabLinks dashboard. Reports are the metered resource on every plan, not products: one report can be linked to multiple products, and a product can have multiple reports over time.
What does the early adopter discount mean?
Paid plans are 30% off for subscribers who sign up before the offer ends in October 2026 — Pro drops from $20 to $14 per month and Business from $50 to $35. You keep the discounted rate for as long as you stay subscribed; it only ends if you cancel or switch plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the higher limits right away. If you downgrade, the change applies at the end of your current billing period and your existing reports remain stored.
Do paid plans have a free trial?
Yes. Both Pro and Business include a 14-day free trial, so you can test custom branding, CSV import, QR codes, and analytics before you are charged. If the plan is not a fit, cancel during the trial and you pay nothing — or drop back to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
Portal subscriptions are billed by card through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards. If you subscribe through the LabLinks app for Shopify instead, billing runs through Shopify's own billing system and appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
